Global Shipping from South Korea
All our exclusive pieces are dispatched directly from our studio in Seoul, South Korea. Since we prioritize international quality and care, our shipping times are as follows:
- Estimated Delivery: Between 2 to 4 weeks (depending on the destination country).
- Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order with the care it deserves.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
- Customs: Customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their country.
- Shipping Method Accuracy: Please select the correct shipping option that matches your delivery country (e.g., Netherlands = European Shipping). f the wrong shipping zone is selected, your order will be on hold and will not ship until the correct method is resolved.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the international nature of our shipments from South Korea:
- Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the issue. Due to high shipping costs, we offer a partial refund (30–50%) instead of returns or replacements. Full refund only if the item is completely unusable. No photo = no refund.
- Size Exchanges: To maintain our sustainable model and avoid high international shipping costs, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please check our size chart carefully before purchasing.
